OOO Hermes-Ural (LLC) is a private family-owned company founded in 2004. At present, it is one of the leading manufacturing companies in Russia and CIS countries engaged in the production of tanks, pressure vessels and apparatuses for machine building, petrochemical, oil and gas, chemical and food industries.
In 2010, we launched a new workshop equipped with a pool of imported machines. It focuses on the production of various types (torispherical types A, B, C, flat-dished flanged, standard dished flanged, and elliptical) of heads and end caps for tanks and pressure vessels. Fabrication methods include cold forming and rolling. Internal diameters range from 1200 mm to 4200 mm and wall thickness from 4 mm to 28 mm according to GOST R 52630-2006.
We have specialist knowledge and experience of working with different materials including carbon steel, cold-resistant and stainless steels (St3Sp5, 12X18N10T, 09G2S and others). Heads can be made both from the customer’s material and from our raw materials. |
