Our company can provide the following shipping agency services:
• Representing and protecting the ship owner/captain’s interests;
• Execution of ship and cargo documents, payment of port dues and fees;
• Drafting of the disbursement accounts and execution of appropriate fees;
• Organization of technical assistance and allocation of the vessel for repair works by the ship owner’s order;
• Supplying of the vessel with fresh water (bunkering), provisions, combustibles and lubricants, household chemicals and other ship consumable materials;
• Execution of arrivals and departures, organization of the pilotage service and mooring operations;
• Fulfillment of the port administration’s orders and requests during the station of the vessel in the port;
• Organization and control over the stevedoring and load/off-load operations;
• Organization of the crew change and completing all of formalities about providing with tickets, hotel reservation etc.
• Organization of medical service for crew members;
• Well-timed providing with information about the vessel’s condition status and load/off-load operations current to all concerned parties. |
