The guest house is located on the plain of the Sanatorium Glade, not far from the oldest resort “Arkhipo-Osipovka”, where you can undergo a full-scale course of treatment. On the one hand are mountains and a sanatorium, and on the other is the Vulan River. The seafront is about 900 m away. Fresh air, the sound of discos and bars are not heard, all this creates a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.
A seafront promenade is located within a 15-20 minute calm walk from the Guest House. There are plenty of attractions: a park with children and adults, Dolphinarium, museums, cafes, a water park, water slides, scooters, pleasure boats, catamarans, discos, waterfall excursions and ancient dolmens, horseback riding, cross country jeep riding. On the way to the sea on the central beach, there will be suspension bridges across the river, where you can admire the beauty of these picturesque places and take a photo of the local landscape. Who can not live without fishing - you can throw fishing rods in the river and catch a fish.
A new beach has opened on our side of the right cape, with small pebbles, a sandy beach, overlooking the open sea, parking lots, entertainment, snack bars and cafes. By boat or by swimming, you can cross the river to the central beach.
The guest house has rooms with all amenities, including:
double with double beds;
triple with double and single beds;
quadruple with double and bunk beds.
All rooms have a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer. Hot and cold water round the clock. Each room has a split - system, digital SMART-TV, high-speed Internet - Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a mirror, a refrigerator, bed linen and towels, a balcony with clothes dryers, a table and chairs. Change of bed linen and towels in five days.
On the second floor there is a common kitchen - a dining room for self-catering, equipped with dishes, a gas stove, a microwave, refrigerators, LCD TV, DVD, Split system, Wi-Fi; Ironing board with iron.

On the territory: free parking with video surveillance, barbecue under a cozy canopy, table tennis, fitness equipment, deck chairs, swings, artificial waterfall, telescope, washing machine. You can take beach umbrellas, light sun loungers, snorkel flippers, and Wi-Fi throughout.

• children are accepted from 2 years old
• in addition to the indicated settlement options, it is possible to additionally place a child from 2 to 6 years old on the same bed with parents, with an additional charge of 300 rubles per day per room for the indicated prices;
