Its activity is in the field of the cultivation of typically Bulgarian essential-oil plants such as the oil-bearing rose ( rosa damascena ), lavender ( lavandula verra ), peppermint ( mentha piperita ), common balm ( melissa officinalis ), sage ( salvia officinalis ), chamomile ( matricaria chamomilla ), thyme ( thymus ), valerian ( valeriana officinalis ), etc. The company is the only successor of generations that were long connected with the cultivation of the oil-bearing roses and rose oil manufacture. |
