“Vologodskaya yagoda” LLC is engaged in picking, IQF freezing and processing of berries, fruit, mushrooms and vegetables as well as production of concentrated juice, semi-finished puree and directly squeezed juice.
The main technology used for production of berries, mushrooms and vegetables is so-called "shock freezing" (or IQF - individual quick freezing). During the "shock freezing " at - 45ºC , the water contained in the intercellular spaces of the product crystallizes in fine particles almost instantaneously, excluding rupture of cell membranes, which occurs in static freezing. Low temperatures cause an effective reduction of quantitative and qualitative loss of vitamins, fiber and other useful properties and taste. Individually quick frozen products lock in the essential nutrients and flavor, with optimum color, taste and texture typical for fresh berries, mushrooms and vegetables.

Food Safety Management System is developed, implemented and successfully operates at the site.  “Vologodskaya yagoda” LLC was certified by SGS company for compliance with FSSC 22000, which is based on the principles of ISO 22000.
The products of the company do not contain physical and chemical contaminants and pathogenic microorganism. All products under the brand “Vologodskaya yagoda” are natural and environmentally friendly, do not contain: preservatives, dyes, artificial flavorings and scents, which is guaranteed by the certificates confirming the status of organic and kosher product.
Our partners live in different parts of the globe and work in different fields such as  - juice making, dairy product making, pharmaceuticals, HoReCa sector, confectionary and canned food industry.
