“WSD GmbH” produces high-quality tooling for cold forming, thread rolling and cutting:
- punches and pins (head punches, forming punches/tools, extrusion pins, pierce pins);
- carbide tools for cold forming (cut-off knives, quills, cold heading dies, trimming dies, reducing and drawing dies, carbide inserts);
- flat and profile threading dies, threading rollers;
- taps;
- machine and spare parts (feed rollers, feed jaws, punch holders and die holders, wear and tear parts as well as spare parts to different machines);
- parts to customers’ drawings (complex tools and auxiliary tooling).
Tools can be delivered with PVD or CVD-coating depending on customers’ demands which considerably increases tool life.
